OBJECTIVE

Develop a new approach for public hearings, conferences and meetings for broadcasting to the public.

SOLUTION

The ARC solution for the City of Rancho Cucamonga was to modernize all audio, video and control systems within the Council chambers and its corresponding production facilities. All technology was re-engineered for HD capability. Included was an upgrade to the production room editing and graphics package and multiple HD cameras for use in the main chamber. Also included was a modern digital voting system for all proposed city council ballots which is streamed live on the internet, plus cable television, and then archived for public viewing on the city’s website. Since the graphics package was customized for multiple city departments, this robust and flexible production facility is available not only for City of Rancho Cucamonga Council meetings but for various city department forums and sessions.
