Migrate a 24/7 VOD services company to a new location.

SOLUTION

ARC was charged with upgrading and migrating a VOD and smart TV service of over 20K titles to a new system of delivery segments. In addition to the standard issues with a technology migration, what was noteworthy about this project was the accelerated timeline. Extensive planning was the backbone for this undertaking and, because of the ARC knowledge base, all steps were managed in an efficient and nimble manner. And most importantly, there was no service interruption for the client’s customer base.
